All of our team hold CSCS skills training cards incorporating Health and Safety Awareness and have extensive experience in their given trade. We have a small team of carefully selected tradespeople who are all specialists in their area of expertise and who can offer flexibility to support your requirements however large or small.JULIAN KNEESHAW – SITE MANAGER & JOINER
As the owner manager, Julian has a vested interest in ensuring the best quality of workmanship and service to maintain the company’s excellent reputation.
Julian has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years and has been responsible for over 25 end to end construction projects ranging from detached houses to bungalows and blocks of flats. On such projects, Julian operates as a “working foreman”, taking responsibility for the site, schedule, budget and quality as well as working hands on as required. He has extensive experience of liaising with architects, surveyors, building standards and planning authorities, producing completed work to NHBC standards.
In addition to his experience with new builds, Julian has also worked extensively on listed buildings, undertaking restoration work for the National Trust throughout the UK.
His particular area of expertise is woodwork of all types and holds the NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery and NVQ Level 2 in Timber Framing.
LUKE KNEESHAW – JOINER & TIMBER FRAME EXPERT
Luke has in excess of 16 years experience in the building trade. Working closely with Julian, Luke runs his own timber frame erection company and is a preferred supplier to 4 well known timber frame manufacturers. Luke also has experience of new builds from foundations to completion and is particularly skilled in the creative use of wood for both functional and aesthetic perspectives.
Luke’s is an expert in all types of woodwork and holds the NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery and the NVQ Level 2 in Timber Framing.
